In recent days, we’ve become aware of flyers circulating around town bearing the American West Realty logo, my photo, and the word “FRAUD” in bold letters. The creator does not identify themselves or levy specific claims about how we allegedly defrauded them.


This act of libel is deeply disheartening not only for me personally but also for my entire team, who work hard every day to serve this community with honesty, transparency, and respect.


We understand that running a property management business comes with challenges, and not every interaction will leave every person completely satisfied. However, we pride ourselves on being fair, ethical, and committed to doing what’s right. This is not just something we say—it’s how we’ve built and maintained a stellar reputation over the years.
